What are your hours?

• We are open 11am-7pm Tuesday-Friday and 11am-6pm Saturday.

Where are you located?

Do you accept trades?

• We accept trades for store owned inventory but not consignment pairs. Every trade is handled on a case by case basis.

Are all of your items deadstock?

• While most of our items are deadstock we do carry some preowned items. Any preowned items will be properly labeled as such.

I have an order for in-store pickup how can I retrieve it?

• You must present an ID that matches the physical card used to place the order. The person who placed the order must be the one to pick up the order you cannot have someone pick an order up for you.
• You must sign a printed order confirmation that we provide and have your ID scanned (for our records).
• IF ANY CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
